surely you also realise that since 2017 and onwards we've had
brexit
trade wars
pandemics
us election
previous inflation fears,
which then subsequently creates the various "technical" market (10%-20%) corrections, right?
growth companies will continue to exist, as did Amazon for example, through inflation or not.... cyclical behaviours
if we have a GFC, then different story, but we aren't anywhere near a GFC as of yet
