Even with government intervention take up will be slow.. The obvious reason that seems out of sight of the blinded on here... 1/2 the population have no money and live week to week on their pay packet.
Then there is range anxiety issues, people holding back to see what the next couple og generation EV's are like
Second hand EV's will be shunned over Second Hand ICE vehicles for some time. More so if the price of a replacement battery pack is as much as a half decent second hand ICE vehicle.
