4000 shareholders....can buy 34k shares each at 43c
= possible dilution of 136 Million shares???
And that's not counting "new" shareholders who buy a minimum parcel to participate....or the further dilution from issuing of oppies to all those shareholders.
What the h@#$ are they thinking??
Is it even legal to make an offer that can potentially dilute a co. that much?
and why are buyers still willing to pay 48/49c?
