I would assume so...... Could be read two ways.......
1. The company don't believe that the fix is a big deal and annotated it as such.
2. The company didn't want to sink the SP leading up to a potential CR.
Either way, I believe that investors are more savvy than to look at whether it's announced as price sensitive or not and make their own decision. This time, they didn't think it was particularly good news. Probably backed up subconsciously by the company's historically mediocre news flow.
