I find it hard to believe that anyone can put a positive spin on MAK at present.

MAK is a big gamble. They now want more shareholder money to gamble on the RP prices rising. The potential rewards are becoming more ephemeral. Without an announcement 43cps is no bargain at all.

I find it hard to understand why anyone would today buy a small share parcel to qualify for the rights issue. The sp will drift lower. Wait a few days if you are still a believer. You will be able to get in at much lower than today's 50cps, probably close to 43cps.
