    While I agree that finance options are out there, OZL either could not or did not pursue them.

    I agree that it is an expensive broom, and yes, the company appears to be "done over". Could OZL do a capital raising now? Maybe, but it would need to be accompanied by CEO & senior management changes and board changes to restore investor confidence so that people and fund mangers felt confident to reinvest in the business.

    If the insto's can facilitate that process, that would be excellent
