I also don't think that completion of the FEED will result in much uplift in the SP - see the Lassonde curve below that most here will be familiar with - the main uplift in the next stage comes post finance and may drive some growth then but the dilution will come with the SP still relatively suppressed

And I think this is only possible with a new BOD with a proven project builder/financier at the helm.
