@Mike77 Snail's pace, I agree. A $400M project with no funding and five or so people involved single executive will take time though (as you know). But everything is happening in the correct order. They need funding for DFS. Everything is contingent upon that. PFS probably to have help secure funding or will do so soon. PFS is just one quarter behind from what I can see, possibly with CoVid to blame. This was already forwarded in their previous announcement/s. Orange flag for me but not a red one.
@dbd25 Yes I agree. I have both of those in my watch-list. Prefer VR8 for tier 1+ status, though I think TMT did get their life of mine up from 20 to 25 years. Less China risk for VR8 possible. I should probably diversify but enjoy the pick.
