why does director keep selling?, page-25

hi guys have read all posts regarding director selling, mitch you nominated both dates that As has sold, on both occasions he would have recieved alot more if he had waited less than a week approx 200k, to me this shows that in fact he does need the funds to meet committments and not dumping his stock, also l have read recently not sure if in last budget and stand to be corrected but TAX is now payable on OPTIONS/benefit recieved in the period that they are actually recieved i.e. taxed prior to converting/selling,
any accountants who could correct me if wrong interpration would be appreciated.
