Ok so it's nice that we LiS shareholders are getting an unsolicited offer to buy our sharesAnd
with these posts in HC, it got me to thinking maybe I can scope up some more LiS shares by getting hold of the share register and making my own offer..... and after a bit of research it raised a question in my mind.
Is it legal to make an unsolicited offer such as the one for 50 cents?
