Think about basic logic, you may surprise yourself.

Lets explore the facts:

- After decades of research and development, Peter's lifelong objective has finally been realized - and its groundbreaking;
- A flurry of high-profile companies have paid to test this technology in the EAP, we know that over 100 NDA's exist;
- Akida is now in silicone, and is awaiting production at the TSMC;
- BRN are years ahead of the competition: NVDIA, AMD, and Intel are by all accounts lost in our dust;
- Many patents have been approved, creating roadblocks for the above companies in their attempts to replicate what we have here;
- The US Government has been identified as a customer of ours;
- Three board members strategically maintained the lions share of company shares to prevent a hostile takeover.

It makes absolutely no sense whatsoever for Brainchip management to sell it down the river for pennies on the dollar at this stage. The IP licensing deals alone are potentially worth more than that to them in the short-mid term. Market competitors are worth in the hundreds of $Billions, it seems illogical for them to sell at less than $3B aud.
