OCC (ASX) Stem Cell Therapy advancements

Its all a bit of guess work unless the thing is completely ruptured. The problem is someone can pull out a study to show you MRI's are not that accurate. The reality is the radiologist/radiographer might be crap, or the Surgeon poor at looking at films.

Mate if you have the money and do not have a complete rupture push for ATI. I was professionally told not to have it by experts and doing my research and understanding the risks of further surgery ignored their advice (others were at least not against - it was 7 years ago). I had to sweet talk a Doctor to prescribe and fly to Melbourne back then. If I hadn't I have no doubt I'd still be in pain and have limited function (I couldn't pick up a kettle) and could easily have had a nerve nicked if I'd had a second operation (endobutton was close to a nerve).

I pushed through medical conservatism back then as I had no real other options than some 'rack and chop 'em' Orthopod' wanting to do an allograft cutting me open again which another revered surgeon warned me against. Its frustrating that the same medical conservatism still holds ATI and OCC back as so many sufferers could be benefitting from what is a simple biopsy, a wait and an injection (or maybe two or three in your case given multiple rotator cuff tendons).

Bedger for high sports people with complete rupture or avulsion of tendons as with English captain Harry Kane why not go for surgery and ATI?
