    It seems that we are now revisiting the cap raising issue after all.

    Oh so many people were critical of my/ otehrs views. Maybe the haste of the cap raising was to beat David Hastlehurst report. Oh how synical can one get!

    My views have mellowed to a degree. I think we should be asking our MD to take a pay cut. He is paid an aweful amount of money for what he has achieved todate. I'll pay someone a performance fee if they perform and that in my mind is a mine running by Christmas or sooner.

    Here we go again!
