I was just casting my eye over the latest DYL/TOE asx announcement, and a paragraph came to my attention.
Please note the following:
Since late March, any company applying for renewal of EPL'S . . . .is being informed by the Ministry of Mines and Energy (MME) of a requirement for involvment of a
BEE- Namibian - (Black Economic Empowerment)partner, before renewals are granted.
May just explain recent goings on!!!
