Thanks mate for that info. My answer is the same too. The responsible entity for CER is still one of the respondents in the legal action. If you look over the documents lodged in the Federal Court website or on that IMF website you should see at least some of this information.
CER has investors (other than CNP) and produces financial statements for those investors (other than for CNP). So Investors other than CNP relied on ALLEGEDLY inaccurate information.
