On reflection, there is too much going on for these blockers to be unplanned. IMO they are there for a purpose, maybe a broker setting up a trading strategy.
This company is now in a different phase to the past few years. It has be slimmed down and strategic acquisitions put in place. As mentioned before, cash revenue, customer base etc all in place.
As the news flows momentum will grow. For the past few years the liquidity has been an issue, IMO this will change dramatically over the next 6/12 months.
