As you have pointed out, It seems that for the past two and a half weeks 09/03/2021 - 25/03/2021, Around 53.5 million shares were sold by retail investors to the instos. that is around 3.2% of entire amount of share issued.



Commonwealth - Comsec - 36 million
Wealthhub - Nabtrade - 6.5 million
AIEX - Automated Trading Platform - 6 million
CMC Market - online trading platform - 5 million
These four retail trading platform has been the top 4 net sellers for this recently period of time.

The top net buyers, big name which I don't need to introduce.


and some other instos those are either net buyers or net sellers with smaller net volume swing.

Overall, the question I have in my head is
1, Why are retailers selling so crazy? is it because of 70c being the phycological peak of many retail investors after we all experienced the September hype last year?

2, Why is instos keep on buying consistently in this period.
a) If their research team believe Akida is going to fail, they should obviously sell?
b) If they believe Akida is going to success, but its progress will be delayed due to shortage of chip or any other factors, they would sell and push the SP down so that they can buy back cheap.
But the reality so far is that, they are accumulating a lot more aggressively this time at whatever SP they can get, either on the way up, or on the way down. They just want more shares.

To me, the chance of a significant or material announcement is very close, maybe in a month, or two month, I don't know. what I know is that I have never seen a group of big instos get dumped by retailer investors. It is extremely rare to me.

So, no financial advices here at all, But I am going to buy back the 260k I sold last week very soon...
