Anyone looking at this chart? Short positions (T+4) are the lowest since September of last year. Heading lower as well. Multiple indicators are telling me that we are ready for a bounce. Whether this bounce is sustained and sees a rally back to double digits is hard to tell, but it is hard to believe that there is much more room to fall in this current red day streak.
