The S/P has held in this 3.2 - 4.00c range since the beginning of the year and has only bounced up to 4.00c when we've had some broad interest in Tungsten from the recent KIS/Tungsten interest, and company director buying.
200M shares sold to people with assets of 2.5M+ is going to put some downward pressure on the S/P on soft days, and as much as they're supposed to be "sophisticated" a very quick 10-15% profit margin is probably quite tempting if you have no real love for the stock at all.
It's very frustrating, but we're going to have to put up with a lot more days like this until the company puts some decent runs on the board.
