how does that work? CCSA/George promise to deliver their finding by 5pm today and RAC directors read the report and write up and approve the accompanying ASX announcement by market open tomorrow?
Or the FDA made an iron-clad promise to report on a significant matter between now and market open tomorrow?
I guess one possibility is that some development has been agreed to in principle, but the contract is not officially signed off by RAC until after market close today.
