No, you'd really be undervaluing VRX if you sold out for a $1 a share.
If you just look at the silica sand prices right now, the expected
increased prices in future years due to global shortages, the very long LOM,
and perhaps most of all the price of the 99.9% low-iron premium-grade
at Murchea, VRX is worth multiple dollars on the share price, probably
double digit.
