Ann: Race Oncology advises Shareholders to Reject Take Over offer of $21.15 per share.
Race has received a buyout offer figure 5 x ATH but Dr. T and Management has told them to times that by another 5, ie. $105.75!
this is the first time ever that Dr. T has mentioned that an ann is coming out tomorrow, but we knew ann is coming tomorrow coz he's never late and keeps his promises. he cheekily teases/challenges us to predict what the ann will be, which tells me it's similar excitement when he keeps on jumping out of his seat when the COH results dropped into his lap!
Must be big, must be price sensitive!
