I assumed lowest revenue scenario of 10% B2B fees. Could possibly be $800k revenue for B2B fees from $8M sales or about $10k per activated lead.
The 20M shares is a huge incentive for Bibendum to put 100% effort into the B2B marketplace. The owner will make a huge effort for it to be successful & will push his team of 54 as it will result in $1+ SP & $20M+ pay day for him. If performance is under par he will not receive anything apart from the $250 incentives voucher for each of the trade buyers that may become DW8 trade buyers. Average performance & a pass equates to about $3.2M at today's SP.
A few deals of this nature are required to entice new trade buyers/distributors when launching a marketplace. When they achieve scale & reach a tipping point it will no longer be required.
