we sfg hired a planner, we sfg have a very experienced production manager. The bill of materials, the planning after 2 years to be very detailed and this production/operation manager should be enough to get this done. Dont forget, the contractors know their job and have quoted on detailed info. All you need is a strong experienced project manager. After stage 1a section1, it is copy paste. I have personally been production manager on a very complex hydrographic research ship of a size for about 100 crew and scientists on board. Complicated information flow with a overseas designer, many "personalities" involved. A very complex project.
I can not see too many dramas here as everything one would imagine is spelled out on this project.
sometimes here in Aus we make a big thing of quite simple issues.
