Although I dont disagree that market manipulation exists, often times people and institutions will want out of a stock with low liquidity/volume, anouncements allow people to pull back with volume on an anoucement from a position that may singlehandedly lower the price on selling at another time. There is about $200,000 a day traded on BOT at the moment. If many investors with any kind of reasonable stake tried to pull their money they would cut themselves in half via a lack of buyers at the current market price. A stock trading at $200,000 a day is also not really something worth manipulating so I'd keep that in mind, you need volume to make money trading a stock and there is none here. Every trade is run via a bot so random numbers in a trade screen are not evidence of much acccept algos doing what they are made for, that is matching buyer and seller at a price point which looks like conspiracy to some but really isnt.
