    If I'm reading the announcement correctly, they are receiving cash (after tax and debt reduction)of nearly half their market cap on one sale? Is that right? If so, I'm in.

    gater wrote this, is this correct and if so what could this do for the companies mid term survival?

    Dont know much about this company and will always respect and appreciate peoples input

    Also my prediction i got slammed for with the thumbs down of a .36 close, i will accept appoligies now LOL
