Hard to see HZN management knocking back any SPP money in the current climate. SP goes up and down and HZN management would acknowledge that it is fortuitous to have the shares trading at significant premium to the SPP issue price. Could easily have gone the other way. Cash is king and issuing a few more shares albeit at a big discount to market is neither here nor there.
