Rod thats why the Darwin Port Corporation just signed a Heads of Agreement regarding usuage of their Port facilities knowing MAK will be in severe financial strife and won't be able to obtain funding for the Project, whilst the Federal GOVT is also tipping in $50 mill for further Port expansion knowing this also. It all makes perfect sense.
