i’ve been off here for awhile, I have not made up ground in reading what I assume is multiple pages of commentary regarding number of shares relative to Appstablishment.

What I will say is, madness or not, 825m has been disclosed previously, quite openly, as required by asx and again reaffirmed a month or two ago.

The serious investors know this, including the institutional investors. Yes, correct, institutionals/sophs know this.

I, like most, factor this into my due diligence both at purchase and routine ongoing assessments.

I, like many, here got issued options at $0.001 a share proportional to the heads owned. Do the ppl that sold heads expect those options to be docked down now? Or price revised coz they’ve bagged 60x? the answer is no. It was “at a point in time”...

Yes, this is different with differing complexities and considerations. Yes, there is an interrelated party who is not entitled to vote. Yes, we’ve known this for a while.

The independent report is prepared and will come out in due course, we will be notified of the pending merger details and all shareholders will have the right to vote. ITS THAT STRAIGHTFORWARD.

If you are a holder, you vote in favour or not, otherwise what agenda do you have? If you are a shareholder, and you don’t like what’s being proposed, it’s quite simple, it doesn’t seem you’d done any due diligence and therefore you might be better to just sell and move on.

I myself am not expecting a deviation to the number of shares previously proposed to be issued (which were also subject to shareholder vote), and likely escrow, as this has been factored into my longer term valuation forecast which I’m comfortable with. A reduction to this is merely what I consider upside.

merged or unmerged, There is low risk short term as we just continue what we’ve been doing under current agreements with Appstablishment. Actually, there is more risk in the merger not happening, yes, even at said number of shares. This is not a short-term risk but a longer term one. Hence comments about attracting different type of investors/partners in a merged position.

There are many things to take into account when doing to diligence. I hope folks are taking in a comprehensive view and factoring everything in.

All in my opinion, I’m unlikely get the chance to read much of the comments (occupied with other priorities atm) however, all the best all.
