I can agree with you that there could be a lot of enthusiasm for WRM's potentially transformational season in Alaska but I can't see anyone getting excited about this takeover, and you don't mention it as a reason for institutions hoovering. If it's such a good deal why aren't there competing bids. Is it more about directors with holdings in both thinking wish we had put it all into wrm and none into aul let's do this merger and convert our aul to wrm and nevermind the holders in wrm getting diluted. PS I searched you post history on wrm and aul and correct me if I'm wrong but your first post on both were same day this month so I'm a bit puzzled at your sudden interest.
