I have no doubt that the Ruskies would enjoy returning the favour but it seems, to me anyway, that they are not dealing from strength now either.

I doubt it would need a Sovereign Wealth Fund to destroy Comex though. It's pretty fragile already. A few fund managers with an open mandate from investors could do it.
