Not that it seems to make any difference but Brent is showing at US$61.56 which compared to sub US$40 recently should create some rational exhuberance,but not so.
With the entire NDO entity in superior shape compared to some time back when the SP was above 40c,it seems to defy logic that it is still at 15c.
