RNUOB, page-328

G’day guys
Looking for some advice on why I would be better off buying the RNUOB over the RNU?
I can’t really seem to see any benefit buying the option.

RNUOB is 10c now but after paying the 2c to convert its 12c anyway which is what the RNU price is. So if the SP goes upto 50c in a year it will make the same amount of money anyway won’t it? Total cost is 12c but sell at 50c = 38c profit each?

I get that if you decide not to convert you save 2c per share but big whoop really!

i don’t even understand why they have released Options which aren’t technically even an option.
