While not happy with management's decision to raise capital at such a discount, I think we need to look at the bigger picture here.

The partnership they will be using those funds for has the potential to bring massive upsides to future SP.

Unfortunately, in the short term we might be feeling some pain.

I suggest unhappy holders to bombard IR with their concerns because the company needs to understand that holders feel that they are being taken for a ride here.
