As long as the dear Chairman keeps shareholders informed, shareholders didn't set the milestones the board set their own milestones so they obviously believed they were achievable. If they haven't been achieved them they need to be upfront about it. Investors make decisions on this information, so it is critical. If they are seen to be hiding in their own malaise this could get very ugly. The dear Chairman needs to inform the shareholders and the market about what is happening, so far it looks like 2 missed funding milestones. Not good.
