If Rudd is serious about australias economic future he
had better overturn this decision quick smart as it
has set a dangerous precident for mining companies to
be screwed thus delaying or preventing mines and thus
valuable export dollars for Australia.
RWD LD alone is close to a billion dollars in lost revenue
per year.
i'm expecting a deal to be negotiated shortly given the
valuable potash profits to be generated for RWD and the Martu.
