@flaming The 1:4.3 share distribution is only applicabable to current shareholders, who will be given 48.6% (36.45m out of 75m) of the total Cannon shares. You should divide the current RXL market cap ($94.5m) with 8.84 and not 4.3. The implied market cap of Cannon is around $10.7m.
