charting or sweet f a?

Hi all

I read your threads from time to time.

I guess I have always wondered whether FA or charting wags the tail ... meaning does FA give one the knowledge to take/exit a position in a particular share and the charts kind of reflect what is building around those with the knowledge.

Some of the shares I follow have excellent FA atm imo and I feel the charts are looking good.

Can anyone explain in a few economical words how say advance group knowledge and human psychology intertwines with a chart to produce advance signals that are trusted by some?
