Strategy is not for RACE to take the Bisantrene to approval but to prepare the runway for a Big Pharma buyer to take Bisantrene to approval.

They are doing that through small trials, but carefully getting the trials planning in place for a Big Pharma buyer. It's a big pharma buyer they are aiming to convince, not the FDA.

Most drugs a bought out for very large sums by big Pharma. That is often on the basis of Phase I and Phase II data.



The most important thing for you to research is the history of the drug.

Risked valuation for a buyout is now around $85 per share. I will be reviewing my assumptions for this over the next little while.



RACE is about 5-6x undervalued compared to preclinical companies in the US. Drugs that still haven't been trialled in humans. Bisantrene has been through around 40 Phase II/III trials and had prior approval for AML in France.

That's a massive dataset to use as the basis for getting modern trials optimised for success.
