My take...


Current management will not support it(stating the obvious). Why, if they do they'll have no job, ain't we going to have a new ceo and a few less board members, will MM still take makemepoor if it doesn't go thru. Will shareholders vote for the cap raise if it comes with makemepoor and co. hard one to say, do we really want century back or that nickel hole in tas, the rest i would like to keep, hang on thats the old ox assests.LOL.
