they probably figured if it gets announced the share price will drop another 10%. I probably should not have mentioned it. Also, does the size of the deal need to be a notable size to be announced? Regardless US Govt, 3rd Aura AI (asia, south america, US) in the last 8 weeks. Only thing better than the momentum is the price
