    re: Ann: Update to 2009 capital raising - Pla... I just spoke with CFO he said that investor is Heights Capital Management and that they didn't previously have a stake in the company.

    Discussions started during the RI but HCM couldn't participate because US based. The board decided to follow through on the 7c price they commenced discussions with - nice risk free $1m eh?

    Hopefully this is a toehold for something bigger.
