I tend to agree, its is amateur hour on whoever advised them on this pending CR and how to go about announcing it. Phillip, Chow Yee and other directors, maybe you should have got a 2nd opinion, bunch of malakas really to think otherwise.
However their 39 page preso was excellent.
Feel free to take it up with the company and call them and let them know your honest thoughts, its your right as a shareholder.
