When you've got such a big major single shareholder like MAH does, they don't care about stock price. Their play is long, asset safety and control. They are also generally wealthy and like to time their Div payouts and in the same way, become very conservative if the horizon is hazy in the slightest and vote down divs if that happens. It's a small company with blue chip qualities. This is a bottom drawer stock imo.
