I do think SP should be coming up so that we can achieve maximum potential returns later.
You did post disappointment of the current SP trajectory. Whilst I do agree with the long term sentiment and have little doubts we will skyrocket on FOMO if a potential negotiation is announced, but its better to have a lower reserve price from a higher trading SP. Playmoney does raise a fair point, its an area that could be risk mitigated (That ASX fails terribly at understanding biotech and importantly, what RAC has). An area you have pointed out on multiple occasions. The science is solid and well managed and risk mitigated, what other stops can the company pull out to raise the share price (and thus bottom end reserve).
