@What , at the risk of making an idiot of myself again. If the data was released, unless they had only given it to Novartis and not us then, would we not have to release this price sensitive information to the market?
But wait, if you are in a negotiation, (which this is). Then I believe that is a justifiable reason not to disclose. We had all expected the results to have been released by the NIH (as it was their trial) by now so that could be the case. However it was their trial, so why should they be concerned about our commercial negotiations and release it, as it is all to do with a national emergency?
So have they got it back yet from their statisticians?
Probably no, but as this is Mesoblast, probably yes. The one thing for sure is, we probably can’t be sure.
Hope I have cleared that up. Might take the day off work and lie down.
