Other than providing a financial lifeline to NOR in their hour of need how Avicena be positive for NOR? So far it's been a related party transaction with zero transparency. Not a good look.
As far as the intelligence of the Casey's goes I wouldn't know if they are stupid or not. Tying up a million plus bucks in an illiquid penny stock for two (?) years wouldn't seem to be the cleverest investment strategy in my opinion but hey, one of them is a "broker" so who knows!
