If anyone wants to give John White feedback of the numbers off retail shareholders who got dudded by the BOQ board.

I suggest it would be advantageous to him if he got a figures off the number of shareholders who missed out. If the numbers are large it may inspire him to pursue a class action!

I cannot take part in a class action as I managed to get the shares that I could afford...most of the shares that was allocated too me.

I still have intentions of getting in touch with him as I believe with the exclusion of the printed version of 'Notice of Meeting' and rapid acceptance is to get rid off people who aren’t on the Internet.

The board were informed to add another sentence before mail out on typical standard letter that the majority of companies for voting at the virtual AGM used. The extra sentence that was requested to be added was basically, that if any shareholders who needed a printed copy to request it thru the registry company or the company itself.

So this company has basically ignored two reasonable requests!
