That’s my point your more likely to buy batteries from eBay than a $100+ bottle of wine.
eBay doesn’t have good hit rates with alcohol as it’s not really considered a wine / beer portal and other sites will trump this as a specialist.
Products like you state ‘batteries’ or Knick knacks are more eBay orientated; hence my point that it’s realistically a great word ‘EBay’ but won’t have too much power in coversions rates for the alcohol
