    My basic understanding is as follows IF the scheme goes ahead

    .70C offer price less the .044c divy already gone ex. = .656c ( Also got franking on this divy)

    The shares are trading at .645c but what one must remember there could be a nice big special divy in the vicinity of .15c with franking credits.

    At .645c it seems to me that value still exists when you add back the potential franking credits.

    What am I missing ?
